Pupstoday - 9 September
Gin has been a brilliant mum. The pups are really growing and eating well.
Their eyes are starting to open and they are trying to get up on their feet and walk/wobble around.
They are also quite noisy making lots of puppy noises and the occasional little bark!
The personalities will start to develop - great time wasters I have to say but absolutely gorgeous, as you can see.

Gin and her babies at 2 days oldPups arrived on the due date - 23 August. Gin had 9 babies - 7 boys and 2 girls.
As you can see from the photo Mum and pups are doing well!
All the pups have been reserved to date.

Monday, August 6, 2012 at 10:32PM What a brilliant day we had at Paignton Championship Show yesterday - 5 August. Breed Specialist Jean Bates was the judge on the day and she awarded Foster his first Challenge Certificate and Best of Breed. Only 2 more and Foster can claim the crown of Show Champion. To me it was like winning Gold at the Olympics, a day to remember.
It was great that Steve was with me and also my great friend Di came along and John together with JD - Sh Ch Oakberrow Xsepshunall at Southmead. I would also like to thank everyone for their congratulations.
On a sad note - my sister Carina was not there to be witness to Foster's success. Cannot believe that it is a year since she died. I am sure that she would have been as delighted as I was with Foster.
So thanks Jean and roll on the next 2!!!!

Monday, July 23, 2012 at 1:28PM I am very excited as tomorrow - Tuesday - I am judging the Ryeland Sheep at the Royal Welsh Show. This is a great honour, to me it is equal to judging at Crufts in the dog world.
Judging will take place at 9am and I have a huge entry of what I know will be top quality sheep. Some 95 sheep to be judged!
Steve and I will be heading off early in the morning to ensure that we arrive in good time. Royal Welsh web is www.rwas.co.uk .
Great that the weather has taken a turn for the better - not sure what the yellow round object is in the sky and blue sky as well!!!

Sunday, June 3, 2012 at 8:30PM The start of sheep showing season is upon us. We started off at the Smallholders Show at Builth Wells where Noble won 3rd in his class and Caroline and my Oakberrow Pizzazz won 3rd in a strong shearling class. The beautiful Antonia - Greyfaced Dartmoor - won a creditable 2nd at her very first show!
The next week we attended Shropshire County Show http://shropshirecountyshow.com/ and had a great day winning Male and Breed champion with Dolwen Noble, 1st and Reserve Female Champion with our ewe lamb whose sire is the fabulous Juggis Laser. The Dartmoors also did well with Apollo winning third, Antonia 4th and baby Lara 4th.
We then set off down to the Royal Bath and West Show http://bathandwest.com/ . Russell Howell was the judge and we are up against the legendary Richard Wear. I did manage to beat Richard in the Ewe lamb class so our little girl won her class and gained a 2nd Reserve Female Champion. Noble and Pizzazz both were 2nd in their class and the shearling ewe 3rd. We were also 2nd in the group of 3 and 2nd in the pairs. Also Russell nominated Noble as Reserve Male Champion, so all in all a great day.
Today we have been sorting which of the sheep are going to Three Counties Show - 15/17 June - so come along and see. New for the show this year - Ladies Day on Friday and Kids go Free on Saturday. www.threecounties.co.uk.
